Working with Charter Schools

Peter Brown Piano Studios is a proud service provider for charter schools.  While many students take lessons individually and pay out of pocket, other students take lessons at Peter Brown Piano Studio through their charter school which provides the funding for the classes.

 

Beginning Piano Course Description:

This piano-based music instruction offered by Peter Brown Piano Studio addresses the California Arts Standards for music.  Students will learn theory, how to read music including the bass and treble clefs as well as rhythmic variations, performance, composition, and improvisation.  Additionally, students will be introduced to various genres of music.  This is a great option for students homeschooling through a charter or private affidavit.

     *Mondays:          4:00pm-5:00pm; 6:00pm-7:00pm 

     *Tuesdays:         3:00pm-4:00pm. 4:00pm-5:00pm

     *Wednesdays:  5:00pm-6:00pm; 6:00pm-7:00pm

     *Thursdays:       3:00pm-4:00pm; 4:00pm-5:00pm., 5:00pm-6:00pm

     *Fridays:             3:15pm-4:15pm, 4:15pm-5:15pm

     *Saturdays:        10:00am-11:00am; 11:00am-12:00pm

     

     *Additional class times available by request

     

     *Cost:  $140 per month
